The Corporation is currently preparing a new Land Use Plan for the Port of Bundaberg.
The draft Land Use Plan 2009 was released in October and can be downloaded here.
During the November/December display period for the draft plan, community and stakeholder consultation sessions were held in Burnett Heads and Bundaberg. During this time submissions were sent to the port outlining community support and/or issues relating to the draft Land Use Plan 2009. A report summarising these submissions will be made available in early 2009.
This report as well as the draft Land Use Plan 2009 will also be submitted for Ministerial approval in early to mid 2009.
